  • I do not currently accept insurance and cannot do so as a pre-licensed clinician. I can provide a superbill that you may provide to your insurance company, however, I cannot guarantee that reimbursement will be authorized. I recommend checking with your insurance if, and how much, they will cover for mental health treatment by a pre-licensed professional.

  • I’ll be honest, the first session is always a little bit weird. It’s the one where I ask you a bunch of questions about yourself and what’s bringing you to treatment at this time. Depending on whether this is your first time in therapy, or you’ve done this a million times, we’ll wade into the deeper waters at your desired pace.

Within the first session or two we will collaboratively develop a treatment plan that we will revisit often. Session structure is flexible as I believe it’s best to allow you to show up to session with your authentic self each day. For some folks, that might mean co-creating a secure container, preparing an agenda prior to session, or waiting to see what comes up organically. It’s all good! I truly mean it when I say I have no expectations of you. I don’t need or expect you to show up to therapy in any particular way. Your sessions are for YOU.
